Sally Barton is a multidisciplinary artist born in Sheffield and based in London. Her practice explores her relationship to her hometown of Sheffield, stories of industrial history and masculinity. Barton reimagines the aesthetics of the North of England through photography, performance and installation.
'Queering Romford' is the exhibition result from two workshops called 'ID: Mapped' a collaboration of Kaleidoscope and University of the Arts London which took place in May 2023.
